Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are assured. Many
clients are high profile business people and often
their staff, colleagues and board members are not
aware of their coaching relationship.
Consultations
Each consultation generally lasts about 90 minutes
and takes place at Orica House, Level 2, 123 Carlton
Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
Continuity
Every meeting is documented by written minutes which
are provided to the client, these include agreed actions
and deadlines. Between meetings Tony Verner will often
personally telephone clients to monitor progress in
achieving the agreed goals.
What is my Commitment?
Most clients find they get the benefits, guidance
and results they need through monthly meetings, however,
more frequent consultations can be arranged when required.
Tony Verner follows up to make sure the agreed strategies
are being acted on, so client commitment to implementing
the outcomes is essential. Every client is free to
end the coaching relationship at any time. Accounts
are sent monthly and in order to keep Tony Verner
focused on delivering good value clients are invited
to pay only what they believe to be fair. Please feel
