What I doI help motivated individuals get the best out of themselves, their teams and those around them. Nearly every one of my clients has come to me feeling busy and challenged, if not overwhelmed, by their myriad of responsibilities. However, each has a unique set of circumstances.
My initial role is to help unpack these circumstances and then work collaboratively to develop a personalised and unique approach to better manage them. Often difficulties arise not from a lack of talent or skill, but from not being equipped with the right tools and strategies to deal with the following two key elements:
|
Is coaching right for you?In my experience, effective coaching happens when you are ready.
You might have experienced a life event that made you re-evaluate your goals; reached a point in your career where you need to get ‘out’ from where you are and don’t feel comfortable seeking advice from colleagues; or have been guided to seek coaching from a business leader. Regardless of how you got to this point, I can help you get the best out of yourself, your team and those around you. I successfully coach an extensive range of business people, including leaders, CEOs, senior managers, partners, and business owners across an assortment of industries. |
How it worksConsultations generally last 90 minutes and take place at 20 Titoki St, Parnell, Auckland. Your privacy and confidentiality are assured. Many clients are high profile business leaders and often their staff, colleagues and board members are not aware of our coaching relationship.
Our meetings are documented, with specific and agreed actions and deadlines. In between meetings I follow up and regularly act as a sounding board. While I prefer an initial six-month commitment, I am open to stop at any time. There are no contracts. |
I work best with clients looking for simple and direct coaching that offers measurable results, not those looking for a system, fad or App to follow.
Through clear and direct coaching and support, I help equip my clients with new skills through a pragmatic, honest and real approach to business coaching. I offer a variety of options and my clients ‘try’ what they like and what they feel comfortable with. The client is in sole charge of what they will commit to ‘try’ and review. Some clients sessions are sponsored by their employer. Sponsors understand they are welcome to offer a ‘brief’ to the coach but receive no specific details of any conversation. Sponsors understand the client is being coached towards their unique potential, personally and privately. |
